Simama Apps（以下「当方」）が開発・提供するアプリケーション（Core Flux、および今後提供する全てのアプリを含む。以下「本アプリ」）における、 利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
当方は、氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。 ゲームの進行状況・スコア・設定などのデータは端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示しています。 AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、以下のような情報を自動的に収集・利用する場合があります。
これらの情報は Google およびその広告パートナーによって、各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。 当方がこれらの情報を直接受け取ったり、個人を特定するために利用したりすることはありません。 通信は暗号化されて送信されます。詳しくは以下をご参照ください。
上記の地域では、本アプリの初回起動時に、Google のユーザー向けメッセージ プラットフォーム（UMP）を通じて、 個人データを広告目的で利用することへの同意を確認します。同意しない場合でも本アプリは利用でき、 その場合は個人に合わせない（パーソナライズされない）広告が表示されます。
同意の内容は、本アプリのタイトル画面下部にある「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも確認・変更・撤回できます。
Android 端末の「設定」→「Google」（または「プライバシー」）→「広告」から、広告IDの削除やリセットを行うことで、 パーソナライズ広告を制限できます（端末や OS のバージョンによって表示が異なる場合があります）。
本アプリはアプリ内課金（IAP）を提供していません。
上記「2. 広告について」に記載した広告配信サービスによる収集を除き、法令に基づく場合を除いて、 利用者の情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としたものではなく、意図的に13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存されているため、アプリをアンインストールすることで全てのデータが削除されます。 広告配信サービスが収集した情報の取り扱いについては、上記の Google のポリシーをご参照ください。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や機能追加に伴い変更されることがあります。変更後は本ページにて公開します。

This policy explains how Simama Apps ("we") handles user information in the applications we develop and provide (including Core Flux and all future apps; the "Apps").
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. Game progress, scores, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
The Apps display ads using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect and use information such as:

In these regions, the Apps ask for your consent to the use of personal data for advertising when you first launch them, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can still use the Apps if you do not consent; in that case, you will see non-personalized ads.
You can review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy settings" at the bottom of the title screen.
You can limit personalized ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in your Android device's Settings → Google (or Privacy) → Ads (menu names may vary by device and OS version).
The Apps do not offer in-app purchases.
Except for the collection by the advertising service described in section 2, or where required by law, we do not share user information with third parties without your consent.
The Apps are not directed primarily at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All app data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. For information collected by the advertising service, please refer to Google's policies linked above.
We may update this policy due to changes in law or new features. Updates will be published on this page.
